Refund policy
AMAR deeply values its supporters and prioritises exceptional service. In accordance with UK charity law, specifically the Charities Act 2011, AMAR is generally not obliged to refund donations except in extenuating circumstances. We recognise that some requests merit further examination and are committed to addressing them thoughtfully.
