A day of music across British and Ukrainian universities, raising funds for humanitarian relief in Ukraine.

the vehicle.
The war in Ukraine touches the whole population: houses bombed, people killed, soldiers maimed, grief and resilience in equal measure. Ukraine Music Aid has selected the best UK-registered Ukrainian charities to carry out vital humanitarian support: medical relief, help for civilians and veterans, support for the disabled, generators for the cold.
British and Ukrainian universities offer a day of student and alumni performance to fundraise and show support, with short talks on the benefits of music to health and wellbeing between performances. Each university broadcasts its concerts on its own channels, and Bath Spa University convenes a master channel of highlights.
AMAR, which supports Ukrainian refugee families in Romania, provides the donation platform and reclaims Gift Aid on behalf of the beneficiary charities, less 10% handling and project fees, before passing the funds on.
